Great value for what you get! The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to do. Breakfast was delicious and the free Wi-Fi was very reliable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always willing to help. Also, the pool was amazing, we spent most of our weekend there.

The rooms were a bit noisy, we could hear everything happening outside our door. Also, the pillows were not very comfortable, we had a hard time sleeping.

The location is ideal for exploring the Huasteca Potosina, with easy access to all places in the area. the hotel is in the middle of an urban area, which is convenient for shopping and dining. There are trees on the property providing a nice touch of nature. the air conditioner works well and the beds are comfortable.

Sadly, there is one aspect of the hotel that is cruel and should not be permitted: keeping a crocodile in a small pool.
